Jeju Air

Jeju Air is South Korea's first and fastest growing low-cost airlines in South Korea. Its history started in 2005 as part of a collaboration between the Jeju Island government with Aekyung Group to boost tourism in Jeju Island. From its expansion, Jeju Air currently operates flights from Gimpo Airport, Incheon Airport, and Jeju Airport.

As of November 2023, Jeju Air flies to 7 domestic and 38 international destinations in 15 countries with 84 routes and 240+ flights each day. Throughout its journey, Jeju Air has showcases commitment in the best of service for its customers. It is one of the most punctual low-budget airlines in the world, ranking third with 91.84% on-time rate across 90.4% of flights.

Membership Program

JejuAir members benefit from receiving points from signing up, 7% off on the first domestic flight reservation, and 5% off on the first international flight reservation. Members also receive additional benefits on sports and gold memberships.

Baggage Allowance

Please note that the carry-on baggage allowed onboard Jeju Air flights must be at most the maximum size of 40cm x 20cm x 55cm and the maximum weight of 10kg. Passengers can carry two carry-on baggage, but the total weight must not exceed the 10 kg limit. Checked-in baggage should be at most a maximum total dimension of 203cm. Please be informed that additional baggage, such as strollers, wheelchairs, etc., will incur extra charges. Lastly, Jeju Air provides a baggage pick-up service for KRW 3000.
