Popular airlines by Changi Airport terminals
*Last updated 14 December 2024
Changi Airport was ranked #2 in SkyTrax World's Best Airport in 2024 - but besides being one of the best, Singapore’s only airport is also one of the busiest in the world. With 4 terminals serving over 100 airlines, it can be tricky to know exactly where to go when you are rushing to catch your flight.
Well, fret not as CheapTickets.sg is here to make it all simpler - with our top popular airlines as flown by Singaporeans, according to their respective terminals. In summary, terminals 1-3 in Changi Airport serves 2 concourses each, while Terminal 4 only has 1:
• Terminal 1: C & D
• Terminal 2: E & F
• Terminal 3: A & B
• Terminal 4: G
Of course, with SkyTrain connections, travellers will be able to connect to the gates of other terminals. Just remember to check with the information counter/ airline before you enter Singapore for your transit flight.
#CTSGtip: The concourse letters actually precede the gate number that can be found on your boarding pass.

#CTSGbonus: Jewel
Contrary to popular belief, Jewel is not a terminal where flights depart from and land. Rather, it is a whole new entertainment and retail complex fit for both locals and tourists alike.
